Each drop lists who's eligible, usually a Discord level or a shop rank, plus an order in the last 90 days.
Shop ranks
Your Shop Rank comes from your lifetime orders and spend at NovaBreak. You need both numbers to move up.

How drop windows work
Priority window
SuperNova members shop first.
Members window
Everyone who meets that drop's requirements joins in.
Drop times are posted in Discord and on the Break Zone hub. Every drop also requires an order in the last 90 days. Checkout confirms your access before payment.
Discord level
Earned by being active in the NovaBreak Discord. It shows your rank to the rest of the community with a custom server role.

Questions
Does every order count?
Yes. Every order on NovaBreak.com counts toward your order total and lifetime spend.
Who can join a drop?
Each drop posts its requirements on the Break Zone hub and in Discord, usually a Discord level or a shop rank. You also need an order in the last 90 days.
When is the list set?
The list is locked when a drop is announced. Your rank, Discord level and last order at that moment decide whether you're in. Anything that changes after the announcement counts toward the next drop.
I just placed an order. Why am I not in?
If you ordered after the drop was announced, your order counts toward the next drop, not this one. Your card on the Break Zone hub shows "Active for the next drop" when that's the case.
How do I know I'm in?
If you see a timer and "You're in" on the Break Zone hub, you're in.
I think I should be eligible. What do I do?
Resync your Discord level first. If your level was wrong when the drop was announced, open a ticket in Discord and we'll add you.
Why was I stopped at checkout?
During a drop, checkout only lets in ranks whose window is open. Check your window on the Break Zone hub.
Where do I find drop times?
Drops are announced in Discord first, and the Break Zone hub counts down to the next one. Times on the hub are shown in your own time zone.
